Led by Eva, a skilled pastry chef renowned for her meticulous attention to detail, our establishment prides itself on using only the finest quality ingredients to craft delectable baked goods with a dedication to creativity and excellence, Eva’s passion for her craft shines through in every creation.

CEO
Eva Nikolakakos, hailing from the picturesque island of Crete, Greece, grew up surrounded by the idyllic countryside, adorned with olive groves and citrus trees. Inspired by her family's love for entertaining and culinary delights, she discovered her passion for pastry making at an early age. With a determination to refine her craft, Eva embarked on a journey to become a pastry chef, honing her skills at renowned pastry shops in Crete. In 2013, she embarked on a new chapter, moving to Boston to further pursue her culinary aspirations as part of the pastry team at Top of the Hub. Fueled by her success and encouraged by friends and clients, Eva ventured into entrepreneurship in 2015, and after 9 years of success, her whole family moved to Boston from Crete Greece and Eva decided to enter the market with 2 locations in West Peabody, and Arlington MA, in 2024 Greek Habits by Eva is becoming the new habit, realizing her dream of opening her own pastry and artisan shop. Today, Eva's dedication to her craft and her commitment to excellence continue to shape the legacy of her thriving establishment.
